WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE
The rental price includes the campervan with 200km/day and standard equipment such as kitchenware, bedding, and camping gear. Additional options like extra insurance, bike rack, paddle boards, propane fire pit can be added during the booking process.
Is there a minimum rental period for your CAMPERVANS?
Yes, our minimum rental period is three nights.
Are there any age restrictions for renting a CAMPERVAN?
Yes, the minimum age for renting a campervan is 23 years old.
Do I need a special license to drive a CAMPERVAN?
No special license is required. A valid driver’s license from your home country is sufficient and a passport if you don't have a BC license.
Can I take my pet with me in the CAMPERVAN?
Yes, pets are allowed in some of our campervans for an additional cleaning fee. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to travel with a pet.
What if I have a breakdown or an accident while using the CAMPERVAN?
In the event of a breakdown or accident, please contact our emergency number provided at the time of rental, and we will provide you with assistance.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of $1000 is required at the time of booking. This deposit covers potential damages or additional cleaning fees and will be refunded upon return of the campervan in good condition.
Do I need to bring my own bedding and kitchen equipment?
No, we provide a complete bedding and kitchen equipment, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Can I pick up and drop off the CAMPERVAN at different locations?
In some cases, we allow for pick up and drop off at different locations for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Are there any restrictions on where I can take the CAMPERVAN?
Yes, driving on unpaved roads, off-road, or in areas not accessible to standard vehicles is prohibited. Please follow all local traffic laws and regulations.
Can additional drivers be added?
Yes, additional drivers can be added for a small fee. All drivers must meet our age and license requirements and must be present at the time of pick-up.
Do you provide trip planning assistance?
Yes, we offer complimentary trip planning assistance. Our staff can help with route suggestions, camping site recommendations, and local attractions.
