We fell in love with Tofino at a 'first sight'. This little coastal village has something that will make you want to stay forever. The vibe, mystic mornings, afternoon fog and peace.

'Tofino lies in the traditional territory of the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation, at the heart of the Clayoquot Sound UNESCO Biosphere Region.' This little coastal village is located at the western part of the Vancouver Island. The abundant natural surroundings makes this place special.

If you love being in nature, there are many outdoor activities starting with hikes in a rain forest up to scenic flights and sea kayaking. In Tofino you can experience some good surfing all year round. If you are a yoga person, there are plenty of yoga lessons and studios. Interested in art? You are going to the right destination. Artistic expression can be found in even the most unexpected places—from coffee shops to beach sheds. Meet local creators at the Tofino Public Market, which runs from mid-May through to September. You’ll also find extraordinary works by regional artists at local art festivals and galleries throughout the village.
